Parent-Teacher Conferences

Please check for an email from your teachers soon to sign up for your conference times.  Teachers use Sign-Up Genius to set up conference appointments.

Conferences will be Oct. 28-30 with school dismissing at Noon all 3 days for grades Y5-HS. 

October 31 is a staff training day so both school & childcare will be closed.

 Please remember to send a snack with your student since they will still have morning snack time.

 If your student will be attending aftercare on the early release days, please remember to send a lunch.  If you need aftercare for your student that does not currently attend, contact the school office.

Auction Tickets

Remember to purchase your auction tickets!  $60/each or $600 for a table of 10.  Also a reminder that we have childcare (for children over age 1) available from 4:30-10:00 on auction night.  This care is in our church fellowship hall at St. Paul's.  A pizza dinner will be provided and the suggested donation is $5/child, maximum $10/family. Please use the sign up form/release for childcare.

Tickets and auction night childcare may be purchased with cash, check, or by Venmo.

Please include your name, number of tickets or childcare spots, and a phone number in the message line of the Venmo transaction.
