St. Paul's is a Christ-centered Lutheran school dedicated to fanning the flame of Christ in the hearts of every child and family by providing a foundation of faith, character, and academic excellence for a lifetime of service.
Our school’s annual dinner and auction provides ancillary funds to support a variety of school needs including technology enhancement, supplemental curriculum and materials, student enrichment programs, and necessary building upgrades. Funds may also be directed to our school foundation savings to support the future of our ministry. We have been blessed with many donations from our local and statewide business communities, as well as friends and families of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School who support the success of this event.

Use your bid card for both the live and silent auction.
Check your catalog for descriptions, limitations, and donors. The Auction Committee has attempted to describe the items correctly, however, all property is sold “as is.”
Display stands, plate holders, picture frames, and etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned in the bid item description.
To begin the check-out process, present your bid card at the Cashier’s table. Payment must be made in full the night of the auction.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Certain restrictions may apply. See individual certificates for terms of use and expiration dates.
Early cash out is acceptable; however, you are encouraged to wait until the end of the night to pay all at once.
Payment may be made by cash, check, Venmo, Debit or Credit Card. Debit and Credit card receipts will be provided by text or email. Payments made by Debit or Credit card are subject to a 2.6% processing fee.
A signature constitutes a legal contract to buy.
All items must be removed the night of the auction, unless special arrangements are made.
We will not be responsible for items once they leave the room.
No statement contained in the catalog, or made orally at the sale, or elsewhere, shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability for tax purposes or for general value.
In case of duplicate or multiple items, the highest bidder gets first choice. If available, additional like or matching items will be offered for purchase to the next highest bidder(s) at the same price as the highest bid, or according to the decision of the Auction Chairperson(s).
The Auction Committee reserves the right to change, add to, or remove from the auction any items it deems appropriate, even though the same may have been previously advertised, cataloged, or verbally indicated as being available for auction.
Stayin’ Alive tickets will be sold prior to and at the opening of the event. There are only 100 tickets and each ticket is $25. Each ticket holder will receive a ticket corresponding to a matching number on the game board. Tickets will be sold until 6:00 p.m., upon which time
the numbers will start being drawn.
As numbers are drawn those numbers are eliminated from the game. The winning number will be drawn at the beginning of the Live Auction. The last number “alive” will win $700 cash!
The Auctioneer’s and Auction Committee’s decision is final.
Must be present to win and must present the winning ticket to claim prize.
Join in this fun live auction game of HEADS OR TAILS for a chance to win $300 cash just in time for all your holiday festivities or Christmas shopping. Purchase up to 2 bracelets for just $10 each at check-in or from volunteers around the room prior to the start of the
HEADS OR TAILS fun.
The game starts just prior to the beginning of the live auction. The Auctioneer will announce the start of the game and ask all participants with a necklace to stand. Participants will be asked to choose either HEADS or TAILS by placing their hands on their heads or placing
their hands on their “tails”. The Auctioneer will flip a coin and announce the winning result - HEADS OR TAILS. All participants who did not select the winning choice sit down and are no longer eligible to play. If you purchased 2 bracelets and choose incorrectly, you have a second chance, can remove 1 bracelet and then stay in the game. Remaining contestants again choose HEADS OR TAILS and the Auctioneer flips the coin. The process repeats itself until only 5 participants remain. The final 5 participants will come up on the stage with the Auctioneer and the process will continue until only 3 participants remain. When 3 participants remain, 2 must choose the same, and one chooses the other option until 1 winning participant remains. If/when 2 participants remain, one must choose HEADS and one must choose TAILS until one winning participant remains. The Auctioneer’s decision of HEADS or TAILS is final.
You must be present to win.
The Dessert Dash involves each person at your table combining their bids/contributions to claim one of the delicious desserts available at the Dessert Dash table. The table with the largest combined bid gets first chance at dashing to pick the dessert of their choice! Simply complete
your Dessert Dash envelope to secure one of those delectable, scrumptious desserts! Be careful though… you’ll need to bid high enough to be the first table called and be fast enough to get your favorite dessert because the next winning table number will be called quickly—thus, the DASH part of the Dessert Dash!
Dessert Dash Rules
1. Each person at the table will have a “Dessert Dash Envelope.” You decide how much you want to contribute. On the envelope, write your bidder number and your bid amount.
2. If you want to pay cash, simply place your cash payment in the envelope. Otherwise, your Dessert Dash bid will be added to your receipt at the cashier’s table. Place all the Dessert Dash bids in the manila Dessert Dash envelope on your table to be picked up by auction staff.
3. Choose your table’s dessert preferences and a person to be the “Dessert Dasher.”
4. The M.C. will announce the tables in order beginning with the highest bidding table.
5. The Dessert Dasher must be in a sitting position at your table when the table number is announced. Once your table number is called, your Dessert Dasher will run (the more animated, the more fun the rest of us have watching you!) to the dessert table and pick the dessert. Hopefully your bid was high enough to get the dessert of your choice!
6. Carefully bring the dessert back to your table—and yes, you have to share! (Serving utensils will be provided)
7. HAVE FUN!! Bid high if you want the first pick of one of the delicious desserts made by local Wenatchee bakeries and restaurants.
