About:
Steubenville Youth Conferences are held at Franciscan University of Steubenville, in Steubenville, Ohio. Our youth attending will be joined with over 2,000 other high school students from all around the US and Canada in an amazing and transformative weekend retreat experience. The weekend consists of nationally renown speakers, a professional praise and worship band, Sacraments, Holy Mass, Adoration, and small group sharing and discussions. We will stay together as a group, and will have male and female chaperones there with the teens throughout the weekend. This can be a truly life-altering experience.
More information can be found here,
Other information to know:
A live band is present - and add over 2,000 teens - it can be loud at times as the band plays indoors in a field house
Travel: We will be most likely be traveling via a chartered bus to and from the Steubenville Youth Conference.

NEW! Fundraising
New this year, every teen will be able to participate in a fundraiser that will cover the $225 remaining balance.
Details:
Each teen will receive 9 raffle tickets to sell, at $25 per ticket.
Whatever tickets they sell (money needs to be received to the youth minister along with ticket stubs by end of March) will be deducted off of their $225 remaining balance. The raffle will go live in January and run through the end of March.
The raffle:
There will be 3 winners:
1st prize winner: $400 Amazon gift card
2nd prize winner: $100 Amazon gift card
3rd prize winner: $50 Amazon gift card
FAQ:
Q: Can a teen fundraise to also cover the $75 non-refundable deposit?
A: No. The $75 cannot be offset by this fundraiser.
Q: Can a teen sell more than 9 tickets?
A: No. While siblings within the same family can sell more to account for each of the 9 tickets being sold, more tickets will not be printed. This makes the raffle more appealing (better odds of winning) and limits our financial obligation in printing costs.
Q: Does my teen need to sell all 9 tickets, or any tickets at all?
A: No. This is just an opportunity to offset the remaining $225 balance for those that wish to partake in it. Any ticket financially accounted for will be subtracted from their $225 balance. If a family wishes to pay the $225 without selling the tickets, they can forego selling any tickets and pay the full $225 remaining balance, or alternatively, put a parent name on all 9 of the tickets to be entered into the raffle. If they want to purchase all 9 tickets themselves for $225, please note that the $225 must be received by the end of March in order to be entered into the raffle drawing.
Money Collection and Turing in Ticket Stubs
Please collect all payments (and ticket stubs with name and phone number clearly printed on them) and put in a sealed envelope labeled "Steubenville Fundraiser" and turn in all at one time to Mike Boyea, youth minister, before March 31. They can also be turned into the office at St. Paul - just put in a sealed envelope marked "Steubenville Fundraiser."
If you are out of town, please text Mike Boyea at 330-592-0281 (or call) to make arrangements. We have an online portal that we can utilize for payment.
PLEASE do not MAIL cash through the US Postal Service.
