Russell McBride

Hello! My name is Russ McBride. I graduated from The Ohio State University.  Go Bucks! I began my teaching career in 2002 at St. Matthias Catholic School where I taught for 21 years as the Jr. High Science and Social Studies teacher.   My family and I reside in Dublin and are parishioners at Our Lady of Peace Church, my wife Kathy is a kindergarten teacher there and both my children go to school there as well.  Mya is an 8th grader and Russell is a 5th grader.  

Our family loves pets- We have a dog: Nessie, cat: Graycie and three snakes: Snickers, Nemo and Nazzy. I enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing, cooking, spending time with family and friends and watching sports, especially the Buckeyes, Browns and Blue Jackets. 

I am very excited for this new learning opportunity and to be the STEAM teacher at St. Paul. I am honored and blessed to be a part of your child’s education and am very much looking forward to becoming a part of the St. Paul community.
