Hello everyone! Welcome to Fourth Grade! My name is Nichole Hungerford. This is my tenth year teaching, and my third year teaching at St. Paul! I was born and raised in Beavercreek, Ohio, with my two younger brothers. I attended Bowling Green State University (Go Falcons!) and graduated in 2016 with an Early Childhood Education Major and a Spanish Minor. After I graduated, I went back to school for my Fourth and Fifth grade generalist endorsement. During college, I had the awesome opportunity to live and study in Madrid, Spain for two months and work towards my Spanish Minor. After I graduated, I returned to Beavercreek and taught Second and Third grade at the Catholic elementary school I attended! I was a Third grade teacher for five years, and a Second grade teacher for two years. This is my third year teaching Fourth grade, and I absolutely love it!
My husband and I got married and moved to the Columbus area two years ago, and we currently live in Dublin. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks, reading, playing games, and spending time with my friends and family. I also really enjoy traveling and attending sporting events. I am an avid coffee drinker as well!
In our classroom, I believe that kindness is key. We have a lot of new exciting topics that we will learn throughout the year! Fourth grade is such a fun and important year, and I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to teach your children. I am excited to work closely with you throughout the year!
I am looking forward to this school year, and getting to know you and your child throughout the year! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me! Thank you!!
