Hello, my name is Christine Fitch and I am very excited to start my first year at St. Paul! I started my teaching career in 2005, graduating from Hobart & William Smith Colleges with a B.A. in History. I earned my Masters Degree of Professional studies (M.P.S) from Manhattanville University in Secondary Social Studies and Special education. I have taught in 5 different states across the country, bringing a unique perspective to learning. This year, I will be working as an Intervention Specialist for the middle school grades! I am truly honored to be a part of this team!
My philosophy of education is that learning is a process. Not everyone learns the exact same way, and that's okay. My role is to make the learning process as seamless and stress free for the students, teachers and their parents. There's nothing I wouldn't do for my students and their families, and I feel honored to take on this position.
I am happily married to my husband, Adam Fitch, who helps coach the St. Paul football team. We have two incredible daughters that will also be starting at St. Paul, Payton (8th grade) and Taylor (6th). Furthermore, we have two crazy dogs and just moved to Ohio from St. Petersburg FL about two weeks ago! You can find us on a soccer field pretty much every weekend of the year - all year round!
