Firme y devuelva el papel para HPMS/SPPS:
SPPS Medication Form (rosado)
Contrato de Comportamiento de Eagle Bluff (azul)
Hoja de permiso (amarillo)
Todos los alumnos y chaperones completan el formulario de salud de Eagle Bluff EN LÍNEA. Padres/tutores completan el formulario por su hijo/a.

Paperwork for HPMS/SPPS includes:
SPPS Medication form (Pink)
All meds should be brought to Nurse Lux by 11/21
Student Behavior Contract (Blue)
SPPS Permission Slip (Yellow)
All students and chaperones must also fill out a Google Form for Eagle Bluff. Parents/guardians fill out the form for students.

If you don’t have winter gear like a warm jacket, gloves, hat, snowpants or warm winter boots, talk to Sra. Rosales and we will help you find things to borrow!

Los participantes y chaperones de EB necesitan estar en la Cafetería de HPMS el miércoles (11/30) a las 7:45 am.
Eagle Bluff Participants and Chaperones need to be in the HPMS Cafeteria on Wednesday (11/30) at 7:45 am.
Please bring your suitcase and gear directly to the cafeteria.

We will be leaving school at 9am and arriving at Eagle Bluff around 11am. Students will be learning their groups on Wednesday morning.
Saldremos de la escuela a las 9am y llegaremos a Eagle Bluff a las 11am. Los estudiantes aprenderán sus grupos el miércoles por la mañana.
From 8-9am, teachers and chaperones will help with organization and check-in.

Friday Afternoon Return
Regreso, viernes por la tarde:
Los participantes y chaperones de EB regresarán a HPMS el viernes (12/2) entre 2:30 - 3pm
Por favor asegure su propia transportación a casa con antelación pues estarás muy cansado/a a la vuelta.
Eagle Bluff Participants and Chaperones will return to HPMS
on Friday (12/2) between 2:30 - 3pm.
Please arrange a ride home ahead of time because you will be very tired on the way back!!

7:30 am - Breakfast/Desayuno
8:30 to 11:30 am - Morning Activity/Actividad con tu grupo
12: 00 pm - Lunch/Almuerzo
1:15 pm to 4:15 pm - Afternoon Activity/ Actividad con tu grupo
5:00 pm - Dinner/Cena
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Naturalist Program/Programa con un naturalista
7:30 pm to 9:00 pm - Evening Activity/Actividad con tu grupo
9:00 pm to 10:00 pm - In Dorm Rooms/En dormitorios
10:00 pm - Lights Out/La luces apagadas
