Start by dragging "Date" to the X-axis
Drag "PM2.5 Concentration" to the Y-axis
Click on the top menu bar "Line -> Line Graph by Category"
Then click the settings gear and click "dual axis" to add another attribute to the right side.
Click and drag "Total Precip (inches) " to the Y2-axis
Do you see a relationship between PM and no precipitation/drought days?
Change the dates to be able to zoom in.
