Dear Second Grade Parents,
As you are aware there are several holiday parties and events for the children throughout the year (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Party, Valentine’s Day, Ice Cream Social, Communion Rosary Retreat, and etc.) I thought it might be a good idea to simplify things by requesting that each child donate a onetime party fee of $25.00 to cover the cost of food, crafts, games, and prizes for those celebrations.
Please forward your child donation in an enveloped marked “Party Fund.” All food items that are purchased are store bought. Any treats that are sent in for parties, (NO homemade baked goods are allowed). Please contact me if you are sending in treats for a party (cupcakes, ice cream or other delicious treats).
