What should participants discuss in the recording?
Participants are welcome to talk about the organizations who coordinated their appointment, but they do not have to. Participants can talk about anything they would like to during their 40-minute recording. Many participants find it meaningful to discuss an experience they went through or talk about how they might know their partner. We don't look for anything specific in a recording; this is a chance for participants to talk about something important or meaningful to them that they would like to document. Our best recordings are those that are meaningful for conversation partners.
Here is a flyer you can share when encouraging people to participate in English and Spanish. Be sure to include your contact information when distributing the flyer so that you can coordinate appointments.
