Theresa Fletcher
Ms. Theresa is a proud fifth-generation Nevadan from Carson City. A 2014 honors graduate of Nevada Virtual Academy High School, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University in 2018. In December 2024, she completed her Master of Science in School Counseling with Honors Distinction from Capella University. Prior to joining VCMS, Ms. Theresa served the Carson City School District for two years as the assistant to the MTSS District Coach, McKinney-Vento Coordinator, and Project AWARE (Mental Health) Coordinator.
Outside of her professional life, she loves being with and spoiling her 3 nephews and 5 nieces, traveling and reading, spending time outdoors - fishing, camping, hunting, archery, etc. and also enjoys working on her friend's cattle ranch.
Ms. Theresa is also serving as the District Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Coach.
