V. Matus de la Parra(she/her) Stony Brook University
I am a Milnor Lecturer in the IMS at Stony Brook. I got my PhD from the University of Rochester in the spring of 2024, under the advice of Professor Rivera-Letelier. I will be in the market in the fall of 2026.
My area of research is complex dynamics and ergodic theory, more specifically the dynamics of holomorphic correspondences on Riemann surfaces, as well as their equidistribution properties, measures of maximal entropy, and potential theory.
