At Stony Brook University, the academic challenges along with the on campus involvements helped me to grow both in my studies and in my life outside of class. The core classes like Data Analysis, Database Principles, Cloud Computing, and Project Management have immensely helped me with my analytical skills. The wonderful professors pushed the boundaries of problem- solving capabilities. The Data Analysis courses, in particular, were a fascinating exploration into the world of data. They taught me to find meaningful insights from complex datasets as well as getting the comprehensive overview of database management systems, emphasizing the design, development, and deployment of databases in meeting specific needs.

Beyond the classroom, my involvement in clubs like Bengalis Unite and the Computing Society provided a much-needed balance to the academic pressure. Bengalis Unite Club was more than just a cultural organization; it helped me to find my belongingness in a new environment, connected me to my roots which helped me to know who I really am and gave me confidence. Celebrating our rich Bengali heritage, participating in cultural events, and fostering a sense of community among Bengali students on campus enriched my college experience. On the other hand, the Computing Society opened doors to a community of tech enthusiasts, where I engaged in discussions, workshops, and projects that fueled my passion for technology and computing.
Balancing the demands of a rigorous academic schedule along with active on campus involvements and internships and work to gain more experiences and focus in my career field required a delicate balance of time management and prioritization. Through this, I gained valuable lessons in resilience, perseverance, and the importance of community. I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunities that have come my way. They have not only prepared me for the future but have also left me with lots of memories and experiences that I will cherish forever.
