Dr. Hyunwook Koh in the Dept of Applied Mathematics & Statistics (AMS) at the State University of New York, Korea (SUNY Korea) is looking for a (postdoctoral or master-level) researcher or a research assistant/intern who will work on statistical and computational methods for human microbiome studies. The research topics can include (but are not limited to) (1) causal inference, mediation analysis; (2) artificial intelligence, machine learning, personalized medicine; (3) repeated measures analysis, time series analysis, survival analysis; (4) web-based software development; (5) collaborative studies and data analysis.

Postdoctoral/Master-Level Researcher: Doctoral or master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, computer science, data science, operations research or a related field

Research Intern: Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, statistics, bioinformatics, computer science, data science, operations research or a related field

Research Assistant: IGC (SUNY, Ghent, Utah, George Mason) student
