I had a blast working on the vlogging assignment. I learned the importance of audio and video quality, how it is better to vlog during the day, and the hard work that goes into video editing. Some obstacles I faced were finding the courage to vlog in a public setting and choosing activities that were meaningful to me and worth vlogging. While recording I found some important things to be looking comfortable while speaking in the video, using transitions and adding text, and vlogging my surroundings to later do a voice over. I think some of the key takeaways of this assignment is that anyone can be a YouTuber if they put in the hard work and hours of editing to do so, and making a YouTube video can be a tedious and rewarding learning process. I know I still have a lot to learn when it comes to creating content, and I hope to continue to do so in the future.
