5. Google Sign-In

The app may allow you to authenticate through Google Sign-In. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, you participate in activities at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, graphics, text, and original content belong to Stompin’ Ground Yuma or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

You may use the app only for its intended personal purposes unless we provide written permission otherwise.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the app or its users, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal requirements.

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account through the available account settings.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Stompin’ Ground Yuma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the app.
