Terms of Service
Custom Orders & Proof Approval
All branded merchandise is custom-made and requires client approval before production.
Clients must review and approve proofs prior to finalizing orders. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, logo placement) that were present in the approved proof.
No Returns on Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are available for instant download.
Once purchased, digital products cannot be exchanged for another product.
Order Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product and quantity. Estimated turnaround times will be provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for custom branding, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all materials.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates trademark or copyright laws.
Customer Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at support@brilliantbrandsolutions.com so we can address your concerns.
Any disputes will be handled through direct customer service efforts before considering further action.
Return & Refund Policy
No Refunds on Custom Branded Merchandise
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once proofs are approved and production begins.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom merchandise unless there is a product defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not function as intended, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@brilliantbrandsolutions.com with a description and photos of the issue.
If an issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before proof approval. Once approval is given and production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues. However, if you experience problems, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
