To ensure an efficient rollout, please follow these updated priorities and rules regarding hotspot assignments:

• Priority Focus: Please focus exclusively on the students listed on the Master List first. These are the students currently identified as active users.

• One Per Household: We are no longer issuing hotspots on a 1:1 basis. Each household is eligible for only one device.

• Inactive Devices: Any hotspots that have been inactive for 30 days or longer were intentionally excluded from the Master List.

• • Do not proactively reach out to students who had hotspots in previous months or years to swap their devices.

• On-Demand Support: Because deactivated hotspots were not being utilized, we will only issue new ones to those students if they specifically come forward to request access.
