Directions

  1. Select one of the digital paths and do it for 10 to 15 minutes each day.

  2. Or you may select one of the self-directed exercises and do it for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Also, you may mix them up to create different routines.

Digital Paths


Self-directed/Self-paced exercises

  • Run

  • Walking

  • Exercise: jumping jacks, lunges, etc.

  • Play outside hopscotch, jump rope, etc. Remember to keep 6 feet social distancing if outside with neighbors.

  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap when you come back in from playing outside.
