Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor
Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor was the Queen of the United Kingdom. She was also a philanthropist. She was born on April 21, 1926 and passed away on September 8, 2022.
Queen Elizabeth spent her early years at 145 Piccadilly, a large townhouse, and had one sibling. Her mom was Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon and her dad was King George VI. When she turned six her parents took her to Royal Lodge. During World War II, she went to Windsor Castle for her safety.
Queen Elizabeth II got educated at home. She studied constitutional history and law. She also got educated in religion and learned about art, music, how to swim, and how to ride horses. She became a girl guide at the age of 11 and became a Sea Ranger.

She was the longest serving monarch in the United Kingdom.
In 1969, she had a television documentary about her and her family.
She was the first British monarch to address Congress.
She helped make female members of the British Royal Family get the same rights as males to go up to the British Throne.
She helped raise more than one billion dollars for charities.
Later Years
In her later years, she still carried out her state duties, which included agreeing to make bills into laws. She also went to the State Opening of Parliament and went to government meetings. She spoke about her Christian faith and had a broadcast in 2014. She had four children and started using a cane to walk in 2021. She also had COVID-19 and bone cancer.
