Maria Salomea Skłodowska-Curie

She was a chemist.

She was born November 7, 1867, she died on July 4, 1934.

 

Section 2

When she was ten, She had lost her mother and her sister, and her father lost his own job because he supported Polish nationalism.

When Marie was little she was starting to love learning, she also knew how to read early.

Section 3   

   

She made a groundbreaking discovery of radium, a discovery of polonium, and she won two Nobel Prizes.

In her later years she continued her research and became a head Radium Institute, and she also made a war effort by developing.
