SALLY
Iconic, brilliant, dedicated
Wife of Tam O´Shaughnessy
who loved running and sports
who hated fame, public speaking and bureaucracy.
Who feared women rights would continue to be lower than men.
Feared newer generations would not be motivated to do anything.
Feared something bad will happen to her family.
Who was the first woman in space and encouraged many people who wanted to be an astronaut and inspire young
woman to pursue careers in STEM.
Born in Los Angeles, CA and Lived there also.
