An important part of living on campus is putting in work orders for any request you may have for your room or apartment.
Unless it is an emergency, please put in a work order first before calling the Office of Residential Life.
In case of emergency please call campus police at 609-652-4390. Please follow the steps below to complete a work order.

How to Submit Work Order
- Enter your username (firstname.lastname@stockton.edu) in the Login field.
- Click continue to be redirected to user authentication by Stockton CAS SSO (single sign-on). If you are having difficulty logging in using SSO, please contact the ITS help desk for assistance.
- Click login and proceed to the My Requests page.
- Fill out all of the information regarding the campus, type of work needed, the location of the work (you can select your specific room), and then leave a short message regarding what exactly needs to be done. If you have an image of the issue, you can attach it in the work order as well.
- Click "Save" at the top of the screen to submit your work request
