As an educator you can point students that are between the ages of 10 and 25 to call the 2ND Floor Helpline of New JerseyYouth can call or text the 2ND Floor ANYTIME (24/7) at 888-222-2228. Please note: The ASQ Tool can be used with children under the age of 10 if there are behavioral/mental health issues documented.  Dr. Horowitz , the creator of the tool , suggests if a child 5-7 is identified to be really struggling, they should be sent for evaluation and not just screening.
