What is Delta
Delta is a content management and delivery system. It manages rights, metadata images, subtitles and video files and can export the content to a number of different VOD platforms.
The system is a self service solution that gives you possibility to manage your own assets, and get them prepared for export.

Adding a content
By adding your content into the Delta system you are validating each asset to make sure they fulfill the different requirements that are configured for your brand.
This can be:
the maximum length of a metadata field,
the size and aspect ratio of an image or
the setting for a subtitle.
Validation is used to find the issues in an early stage to show what needs to be fixed by the user.
When the asset has been approved by the system the export to the platform is automated and the asset will be delivered successfully.
The validation rules are set by the Stockholm Stream support team together with the users to match the different requirements from the platforms that will be used.
New validations settings are added to the system, and the goal is to have a 100% accuracy in Delta before the assets are delivered to the platform.
