We cannot have a successful festival weekend without your help - many hands make light work!

We are asking you to review the available slots below and sign up for as many shifts as possible. Please note, each shift is three hours as opposed to the two that is typical for our events. In a show of appreciation of your time and efforts if you sign up for at least one shift during a weekend event you will receive free admission to that event, that day. There are four events - Friday evening Welcome Dance, Saturday Concert, Saturday Evening Dance, and Sunday Afternoon Farewell Dance. Please note, the concert is a longer volunteer block, if possible we are asking concert volunteers to work the entire concert as it will be easier logistically.

You will see the first two sign up slots are to donate baked goods and to sign up if you are available all weekend to work wherever. If you sign up that you are available to work all weekend, you will be scheduled where most needed as we get closer to Memorial Day Weekend.

We will also need help with hall set-up and food prep prior to the event. If you are able to come during the day and evening May 18 - May 22 please contact Alan Radanovic or Protinica Andreja; or just show up any of those days between 12:00pm - 8:00pm

One last note - ANYONE is welcome to volunteer and help with this event, not just parishioners of St. Nick's. Bring a friend, or two to help work your shift with you! In that regard, please note, only Serb Club members are allowed to tend bar.
