Game Play
Only 7 players are allowed to compete in each play. If you place 8 on the field for alignment purposes, one must be on a knee before the ball is snapped or it will be a procedure penalty (5-yard replay the down)
The ball will be placed on the 40
1 and 20 (can go for it on 4th down)
If you get a first down, it is First and Goal from wherever the ball is
Ex. 3 and 5 from the 25 Completed pass to the 14 yd line would result in a First and Goal from the 14.
1 hand touch anywhere
No Running Plays are allowed however, passes can be completed behind the LOS
3.7 seconds to throw the ball
The official will start the clock when the ball is snapped and stop it when the ball is thrown. If it is over 3.7 sec (sack) the ball will return to the original LOS with a loss of down.
Penalties will be assessed per association rules. (However, the ball cannot be placed beyond the 40 yd line, so any offensive penalty on the 40 will result in a loss of down)
Overtime in Tournament Play (Ties will not be broken in Pool Play)
Take turns with One Down from the 10, If still tied then go again. (Coin Toss to determine who goes first) (No FG in Overtime)
Timing
20 min Running Clock (will be kept by the Field Manager), When time ends the team on offense will get one more play. REMEMBER POINTS MATTER IN CASE OF A TIE
There are No Timeouts
40 sec play clock will start when the previous play ends (will be kept by the back judge)
Scoring
Touchdown = 6 points
PAT Kick = 1 point (There will be no rush on the snapper/holder/kicker. Defense can distract and/or jump on their side of the Line of Scrimmage. It must be a clean snap and hold. If the holder drops the snap and it hits the ground, the kick is no good. If the snap hits the ground, the kick is no good.
PAT Play:
PAT from the 3 yd line = 1 point
PAT from the 10 yd line = 2 points
FG = 3 points

Defensive INT = 3pts (an INT in a PAT situation is worth 0 points)

Players Safety
Helmets must be worn during gameplay (If one of the two teams doesn’t have helmets, then both teams will go without helmets)
Trainers will be on-site
Uniforms
Please have players in uniforms with numbers so that PA and media outlets can recognize your players. Have a roster available for the day of the tournament.
Playoff Seeding
The playoffs will consist of the top 4 teams from each division. The Division will be ranked by win/loss percentage in pool play. In the case of a tie in records, the tie will be broken by
1. head-to-head if applicable
It would have to be a tie between the two schools
2. Overall Point Differential (points for - points against)
