BookFace Challenge

In honor of World Book & Copyright Day on April 23, 2024, the St. Mary's School library is excited to launch the BookFace Challenge!

Our goal is to nurture a passion for reading and spread the message to all students: "You are a reader!" Let your imagination blend with your favorite book covers and characters, and inspire others to dive into the books you love.

How to Participate:

1. Take a photo of yourself with a book cover (or a page of a book) that seamlessly merges into your reality. Alternatively, dress up as your favorite character and pose with the corresponding book.

2. Upload your photo to the Padlet site, along with your information (Name-Class-House). 📸 📚

Voting Process:

• Show your support by liking your favorite photographs on the Padlet. The picture with the most likes will win the prize!

Award for Students:

🏆 Best Vote by Students and Teachers: The picture with the most likes will receive 50 house points.

🏆 Best Costume - by Teacher Votes: The picture with the most beautiful or creative costume, as voted by teachers, will be awarded 50 house points.

🏆 Best Image - by Teacher Votes: The picture that strategically lines up the face or another body part alongside a book cover, creating a melding of life and art, as chosen by teachers, will receive 50 house points.

Schedule / Timeline:

• Entries must be submitted between April 1 and May 1, 2024.

• The result will be announced on May 2, 2024.
