      Objective: 

Pursue research and focus on completion of pre–Ph.D.

·         Key Results:

        1. Read पद्म & स्कन्द puranas and secondary material for research work.

         2. Attempt to get my paper published.

         3. Complete reading the secondary sources related to the sub part of the      thesis

    Objective: Enrich classroom instruction and Moodle with extra   material
Key results:

1.        To create at least 5 videos for Moodle modules. 

2.        Add ppts, Quizzes, interactive whiteboards, handouts, worksheets, and other online resources to classroom instruction

3.        To conduct Yoga work shop.

OKR-संस्कृतम् 2023-24 (Odd Semester)

·         Objective:  To improve the quality and fundamental knowledge of the concepts for Sanskrit for students.

·         Key Results:

·          Incorporating research knowledge in the classroom.

·         Conduct reading sessions and give inputs on grammar and pronunciation in the classroom.

·         To increase the Pass Percentage.

·         Celebrate ‘Sanskrit Day’ to inculcate Indian tradition and culture

·         To conduct Sanskrit National level Quiz. 

·         Objective: Pursue research and focus on completion of pre Ph. D.

OKRs - January - June 2023

Objective: To create awareness and increase fundamental knowledge of students about the concepts in the divine language of Sanskrit.

Key Results:

• Encourage students to understand vocabulary in Sanskrit by incorporating the concepts in the book शब्दमंजरी, धातुमंजरी.

• Practice reading sessions and giving inputs on grammar and pronunciation during class hours.

• Celebrate "Mother Language Day" to introduce and inculcate Indian tradition and culture.

Objective: To increase research activity and other academic responsibilities.

Key Results:

 

Objective: Pursue research and focus on completion of pre Ph. D.

•To participate in workshops/seminars/conferences

•To present at least one  paper in a seminar.

•To conduct Sanskrit National level Quiz.

Objective:  To raise awareness about Sanskrit and academically promote it.

Key Results:

·    Incorporating research knowledge in the classroom.

·    Conduct reading sessions and give inputs on grammar and pronunciation in the classroom.

·    Celebrate ‘Sanskrit Day’ to inculcate Indian tradition and culture

·    To conduct Sanskrit National level Quiz.

·    Read 18 puranas (अष्टादश  पुराणाः) and secondary material for research work.

·    To participate in at least two workshops or seminars or conferences.

·    To present at least one paper in a seminar.

Objective: To improve the quality and fundamental knowledge of the concepts in Sanskrit among

students.

Key Results:

• Conduct Proficiency Test for students to understand their competency levels


• Encourage spoken Sanskrit in classroom interaction

• Practice reading sessions and giving inputs on pronunciation techniques during class hours

• Celebrate ‘Sanskrit Day’ to inculcate Indian tradition and culture


Objective: Enhance research activity

• To publish 2 articles in the UGC approved journals
