• Increase research publication - Submit research paper for the UGC CARE list journal by end of December

• Completion of review of literature chapter and data Collection for my Ph.D. - Consult research professor for the understanding research flow and attend workshops and lectures 

• Work on building network for the industry and academic collaboration - Conducting events and guest lectures with industry and academic experts 

• Qualify UGC-NET exam- Read every day atleast 1 hour for the exam
