I am Dr. Kirti Bidnur, a passionate and dynamic Assistant Professor in Business Management at St. Mary’s College, Yusufguda, a Christian minority institution. I hold a Ph.D. from K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce under the University of Mumbai, where I was guided by Dr. Vishnu H. Fulzele. My academic journey has been shaped by a commitment to continuous learning, research, and student engagement.

I am known for my vibrant teaching style, which blends traditional subjects like Business Economics with modern tools such as Google Ads, Digital Marketing, and Financial Analysis software. I have actively pursued certifications from Google, SEMrush, Microsoft, Coursera, Udemy, and IIDE, reflecting my dedication to lifelong learning.

Outside the classroom, I take pride in organizing events, coordinating conferences, conducting skill-building activities, and mentoring students through mock interviews, internships, and entrepreneurship development.

I am fluent in Spanish, a consistent Duolingo learner, and I dream of one day settling in Spain and contributing to global academia. With a warm, proactive, and creative presence, I strive to inspire my students, colleagues, and peers with energy, curiosity, and a love for knowledge.
