Brief Profile: 

Dr. Maithry Shinde has over two decades of experience in teaching English Language, Literature and Soft Skills at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Her wide teaching experience has given her the scope to hold several administrative positions: Head- Department for English, Head- Department of Humanities, Member-Board of Studies, Coordinator for IQAC, and Member of the Governing Body. She has authored books in literature and Soft Skills and has co-authored text books in General English and Literature for Osmania University and Dr. B. R Ambedkar Open University.  She has several research articles and publications to her credit. She has been a lead author for 'Life Skills and Personality Development' published by Cambridge University Press. She has been the Head of the Department of English and Languages between May 2020- June 2023, at St. Mary's College, Hyderabad. She is currently the IQAC Coordinator at St. Mary's College.
