Read two books and a few research papers on dystopia.
Attempt to write an article on a Dystopian concept and present it at an International conference.

To learn new pedagogies for developing language skills
To enroll in a certificate course offered by NPTEL
Objective: Develop my Mentorship skills
Key Results:
To mentor students of the club in adopting a more innovative approach to promote Club activities and competitions.
To develop good team spirit among the club members and encourage more participation in the events conducted by Eclectics Club.
2023
ODD SEMESTER :
OKR - Sep - Dec 2023
Objective: Research work
Key Results:
Read 2 books and some research articles on travel and adventure.
Write a research article and publish a paper.
Objective: Content development
Key Results:
To make an effort to improvise Moodle by creating content resources and providing additional resources.
EVEN SEMESTER : OKR - Jan - May 2023
Objective: Research work on gothic fiction.
Key Results:
Read short stories by Edgar Allan Poe.
Present a research paper on his works at an international conference.
Objective: To enhance my language skills and be well-equipped with online tools.
Key Results:
Take the initiative to complete at least one or two Certificate courses in Language skills.
To attend one or two offline FDPs and Workshops on recent trends in Language and Literature.
2022
August 2022 - January 2023
Objectives: To contribute to the field of research.
Key Results:
Read two or three books: short stories or novels.
Present a research paper at a National or International Conference
Attempt to submit an article - to an indexed Journal.
Objectives: To enhance my skills in teaching, technical skills development, and content development.
Key Results:
Attend Seminars/Webinars, Faculty Development Programs and Workshops to learn and use new pedagogies in English Language and Literature.
To make an effort to improvise Moodle by creating content resources and providing additional resources.
Take the initiative to contribute to the Eclectics Club by adopting a more innovative approach that helps students enhance their communication skills and build confidence.
Encourage students to participate in activities, workshops, and literary competitions.
