CONFERENCE DETAILS
At the SMC Soda Center
On May 13 the conference will be held on campus at the SMC Soda Activity Center, right behind the chapel.
Visitors are welcome, so invite your friends and family!
Presenters can use one of 6 different formats:
Trifold
Trifolds cost about $10 and will be placed on top of long tables for guests to browse and discuss with the attending presenters.
Poster
Printed posters cost around $60 and need to be ordered at least 1 week before the Conference, and will be mounted on walls or on whiteboards.
Live Presentation
Live presentation with slides can be a maximum of 10 minutes, including Q&A (pechakucha format encouraged), with ~20 seats per session.
Pre-Recorded
Video, recording, or prerecorded art work can be a maximum of 10 minutes, displayed on desktop computers for guests to view.
Performing Arts
Any live performance of music, dance, or theater can be arranged, with options for venue in or around Soda.
Art Gallery
Any visual art or creative work, including graphic design and creative writing, can be displayed on the patio.
