HI Everyone! We had another fun week in Pre-K 3!! We continue with the color RED and the circle shape. We looked for red items around the room and sang our R_E_D song. We also learned about Johnny Appleseed. The children watched a short story about how Johnny Appleseed planted apple trees across the country and how he cared for nature.
Our theme this week was about families. We talked about our families. We talked about who was in our family and how unique and special our families are. They enjoyed sharing their family photo during morning meeting. I love seeing their confidence grow each week!
Questions/Topics to ask your child….

What did Johnny Appleseed wear on his head? (Pot)
What happens during the fall? (weather gets chilly, leaves change colors, leaves begin to fall)
