About me...

My name is Megan DelFra.  I grew up in Rumson, New Jersey and received my bachelors degree at Penn State and my masters at Georgian Court University.  I taught middle school in New Jersey for five years before getting married (at Penn State!) and moving to Pennsylvania, and then I taught at Valley Forge Middle School for five years before deciding to stay home with my three children.  Recently I was in long term substitute positions at both Springton Lake Middle School and Haverford Middle School before coming to St. Mary Magdalen as a kindergarten aide two years ago.

My husband, Mike, and I have been married for 24 years and have three children who went through SS. Simon and Jude School in West Chester.  My son, Louis, graduated from Malvern Prep in 2024 and is currently a junior at Notre Dame.  My daughter Kiley graduated from Villa Maria in June and just started her freshman year at Penn State, and my daughter Amy is a sophomore at Villa Maria.

We spend most of our summer in Sea Isle and much of our fall at both Penn State and Notre Dame football games.  In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, being outside, reading, and walking our dog Philly (short for Phillydelfra.)

I'm excited to be more of a part of the St. Mary Magdalen community and work with the amazing students, teachers, faculty, and families!!
