I'm looking forward to a wonderful year of learning and fun! My goal for our class is for each student to grow--not only academically but also emotionally, socially, and spiritually. But don't worry, we will be having lots of fun along the way!

About me
My name is Trish Dawson and I am looking forward to being your child's kindergarten teacher this year! After graduating from Mount Saint Mary's University, I taught first grade in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and spent nine years teaching pre-school before becoming a kindergarten teacher. This will be my seventh year as part of the St. Mary Magdalen community.
My husband Chip and I have five grown children, a granddaughter, a grandson, and another grandchild on the way. Our youngest is starting her senior year at Penn State. This summer we celebrated my son getting married.
When not teaching I like to spend my summers in Sea Isle City, NJ. I enjoy reading on the beach, riding my bike, and going to daily Mass. I am looking forward to this year!
While my primary method of communicating will be through emails. Information will come home in your child's duck folder.
