Arrival: 

Morning drop-off begins at 8:15 on the playground. At 8:30, the teacher on duty will direct students into the building. 

Snack:

We will have a snack break in the afternoon everyday. Please pack a snack for your child. We will eat snacks outside whenever possible. Please pack a snack for August 24th and 25th. 

• Please label your child’s snack.

• Please pack your child’s snack outside of their lunchbox.

Lunch:

We will eat lunch at 11:15. Students will not be eating lunch at school on August 24th or 25th. 

Recess: 

We will have two twenty minute recesses each day. Our second recess will be a recess/snack time. 

Birthday Treats:

Students may bring pre-packaged snacks for our class on their birthdays. * In an attempt to keep birthday treats as mess free as possible.  We request that you please do not bring cupcakes. 

Water Bottles:

Please make sure that water bottle lids are secure and leak-proof. Please ensure that your child is able to independently open and securely close their water bottles. If the water bottle is not insulated, please secure a towel or can cozy around the water bottle to prevent condensation. 

Dismissal: 

Kindergarten will dismiss a few minutes before the rest of the school(between 3:25-3:28). Bus riders and cougar care will be On August 24th and 25th we will dismiss at 12:00. Pick up is on the playground outside of the Kindergarten doors.
