Michael Falk has been teaching junior high math at SMV since 2010.  His degrees are in meteorology (Bachelor of Science, 2001 and Master of Science, 2004) from Iowa State University, and his teaching certification is from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (2009).  He teaches the 7-33 homeroom.  He also coaches quiz bowl (October-April) and Math Olympiads (November-March).

My name is Patricia Heim, and I am an avid fan of science.  Science is an exciting and engaging subject and I enjoy sharing my knowledge in a very hands-on classroom.  In my spare time I enjoy all kinds of outdoor adventures including camping, biking, hiking, kayaking, skiing and snowshoeing.  I also like to play with food by growing my own and cooking from scratch.

I teach World Geography, World History and U.S. History  to grades 6-8. I arrived at St. Mary's Visitation two years ago after teaching mostly on the high school level since 1998. I have over 30 years experience in education and two Masters Degrees, one in History and one in Educational Leadership. I am a lifelong Catholic and have a large family.
