Miss Grajek has taught 3rd Grade at St. Mary's and has switched to being the Librarian and Interventionist with middle schoolers. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater earning her teaching degree and license for the state of Wisconsin. Miss Grajek helps out with our volleyball program as assistant coach for 4th grade girls. Her skills and leadership are also put to use at Chesterton Academy as the JV head coach.  In her free time, she loves to visit the adoration chapel and venture out in nature.  

My name is Christine Dee and I am the reading teacher at SMV.  I have been teaching for 12 years in the classroom and as a reading teacher. I have an Elementary Education degree from UWM and a 316 Reading Teacher License from Concordia. Also, I have a certification from the Science of Reading Conference with the Orton-Gillingham Academy. I am very passionate about teaching and helping students grow as they learn to read. I am married to Kevin and we have two boys. Outside of school, I love to go up north with my family, enjoy time outdoors, and work in our garden. I am so excited to be at St. Mary’s Visitation School!
