Digital Citizenship

The three safety review videos that I watched talked about safety, privacy, and bullies. The first video talked about how you should never share any personal information with people you don't know. If strangers get your information, they could use your credit cards for stuff they wanted.

The second video was about talking with online friends you don't know. They could pretend to be the same age as you, so you would chat with them. You should only talk to friends or family that use the internet for things like calling, texting, and playing games together.

The third video talked about cyberbullies and that they can bully you online and they could say anything about you. The best thing to do would be to tell you parents or the principal. They could contact the bully's parents and the bully would stop bullying you.

Then we had to make a digital citizen poster and it had to be about one of the videos. I chose the first video, about safety. I chose the safety video because it looked like a video I would choose and it was pretty easy. My poster has the word SECURITY on it and then it says, Keep your personal information safe! I used Google Drawing to make my poster. Click the arrow key on the drawing to see the whole picture. I liked this assignment because it was different from our other assignments. It was fun to draw the picture and I hope to do this assignment again!
