Eric Williams

Eric Evan Williams, service number D/JX 137216, was the leading telegraphist who served in the Royal Navy on HMS Glorious. He died on the 8th of June 1940 and his name appears on the Plymouth Naval Memorial. He was the son of Evan and  Laura Williams of Llanbradach, Glamorgan.

The Plymouth Naval Memorial is a war memorial in Plymouth, Devon, England which is dedicated to British and Commonwealth sailors who were lost in World War I and World War II with no known grave.
