This year, we are exploring English Language Arts, Religion, and Social Studies in room 306! I am excited for our journey, as I've always been an adventurer. My favorite adventures are often the ones I find in books and in the imaginations of those around me, so please bring your imagination to room 306!
I am a happy product of Catholic education. My parents and three older sisters raised me in the Catholic faith, for which I am endlessly grateful. My schooling began at Notre Dame of Bethlehem Elementary School, where I learned to love learning. I attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, where my passion for literature blossomed. After running a college writing center for a few years, I earned my Masters in English from Villanova University, bookending my education with another Catholic school. This is my third year at SMT.
In my spare time, I enjoy poetry and music, and I love to ride my bike throughout the wonderful city of Philadelphia. When I'm not doing those things, I'm working in my (very small) garden or meandering around a museum!
