About Me

This is my 14th year teaching and I am excited to start another school year!!

My husband and I were married at St. Mark in 2014 and reside here in Wilmington with our dog, Duke.

I am a "Cradle Catholic" and ever since I went to college, I have been on a journey to understand and live my Catholic faith everyday!

I went to Wright State University in Dayton where I  received my B.S. in Middle Grades Mathematics. After college,  I moved to Hendersonville, NC and worked at Eckerd Youth Alternatives, for two years. I then enrolled at Western Carolina University and received my teaching license.

In my free time I enjoy fishing with my husband, gardening, reading, sewing, walking my dog, and volunteering my time at church.

A quote from one of many saints that I ask to intercede for me:

"The secret to happiness is to live moment by moment and to thank God for all that He, in His goodness, sends us day after day. "

~ St. Gianna Molla
