Ski Team (8th grade only): is an upper school program that meets 2 days a week at SLS for dryland training and 2 days a week at Mt. Southington for regular ski practice and meets. When the team is at Southington their return time to SLS is 8:30 p.m. in the evenings. The team competes in the Connecticut Interscholastic Ski League with public and private schools. There is an additional fee with this program.

Squash (Intramurals: fall/spring, competitive: winter): The fall/spring Intramural squash activity does not include interscholastic competition. During this time, players learn the fundamentals of play via group lessons and play. Signing up for the fall/spring squash activity is not a prerequisite for being on the school team in the winter. During the winter season, tryouts will be held to determine the competitive roster.
