About Me

Hello! I am Mrs. Sarnowski and I am looking forward to teaching you science this year! This is my third year at St. Louise de Marillac and I always look forward to the start of a new school year! I love to learn about our world, which is why I enjoy teaching science! I especially love reading about plants, outer space, and evolution - it's fascinating to see how the world links together! I also enjoy reading, crafts, and spending time with my family. I attended the former Saint Martin School in the West End and my husband, Mike and I chose Catholic schools for our daughters, Rachael and Julia. I look forward to a fun and happy year of science!

I'm so happy we will be in homeroom together this year! I think it will be a great year for all of us! I will post reminders on this page about things like permission forms, paperwork, and events. One thing we want to remember is that we are bringing our address labels for the Race for Education in as soon as possible. Our color will be black on Race Day and we will represent Germany. All Race labels are due on Friday, September 1.

My Family

My daughter Rachael is a biologist. Rachael spent a year working with sea turtles on Jekyll Island, Georgia. She currently works as a medical researcher.

My Family

My husband, Mike, and I have been married for 28 years. Our daughter Julia, graduated from college this spring with a degree in accounting.
