At Saint Louis School blended learning is a combination of
Whole Group and Personalized Learning.
Personalized Learning can consist of Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI), allowing students to work within their respective Zones of Proximal Development.
This chart shows all of our CAI tools that students use to increase their scores in reading and in math.
What makes Saint Louis School unique is that specific CAI tools have been selected to suit the unique academic abilities of each student by grade level. In addition, these CAI tools are to be used both during the school day and at home.
A Placement Test is given at the start of every school year. Benchmark Tests are given periodically to determine the student status. At the end of the school year, students take one last benchmark to see if the hard work they did throughout the year helped to accomplish their goal of raising their scores.
