We would strongly recommend you stay as close to St Leonards as possible. Accommodation in St Andrews fills up fast so early booking is recommended!

Just across the water (30-45 minute drive) is Dundee which has various hotels which may be suitable.

Travel

We recommend flying to Edinburgh airport and arranging a transfer, or taking a train to Leuchars Station followed by taxis/buses to your accommodation. Glasgow airport is also possible, but has a much longer transfer. From the UK, the East Coast Mainline (train) comes to Leuchars Station, 7 miles from St Andrews.
