How to Read the Weekly Collection Report
Our fiscal year begins as of July 1st. When reviewing the amounts over or under year to date (YTD) they reflect the tithing collection budget of the current fiscal year.
These results represent over or under results vs the budgeted amount of collection income from your envelopes and pew collections only. Collections are the parish's main source of operating income. Again, these results only represent Income. They do not represent expenses or overall budget for the parish.
Please be as generous as you are able when considering your tithe.

There is more than one way to donate to your parish!
1 - Sign up for the new on-line giving option in Parishsoft, as explained in the recent letter you recently received. If you are interested in setting up an account and trying this approach, call our Bookkeeper, Allison based at St Leonard’s parish office, and she will help you. Or you may pick up a pamphlet with details on how to set up your account that are available in each church.
2 - Write a check and drop it in the weekend collection basket or mail the check to the parish.
3 - Contribute cash. If you want us to include a cash donation in your year-end tax letter, please be sure to place the cash in an envelope marked with your name.
We want to make the process as easy as possible for you so please use the option you prefer, and thank you for your generosity with whatever your choose to give. We are grateful.
