Absences, Early Dismissal, Late Arrival

To report an absence, early dismissal, or late arrival:

1.  Call St. Jude School and leave a message with the school administrator, Patti Macek.

2. Email Mrs. Bruni (lbruni@stjudeschool.com) and/ or Patti Macek (pmacek@stjudeschool.com)

School Uniform

Spring/ Early Fall

1.  White Banded Polo Shirt with SJS Logo on it or SJS Gray Gym T-shirt

2. Navy shorts or Navy gym shorts with SJS logo on it

3. White socks

4. Sneakers (preferably velcro)

Late Fall/ Winter Uniform

1.  White Banded Polo Shirt with SJS Logo on it or SJS Gray Gym T-shirt.

2. Navy crew neck sweatshirt with SJS logo on it or navy SJS gym hoodie sweatshirt.

3. Navy SJS gym sweatpants with school logo on it.

4. White socks.

5. Sneakers (preferably velcro)

Please no jewelry or nail polish 

Uniform items may be ordered through Flynn & O'Hara.  Gym shirts and sweatshirts may be ordered through SJS.

Arrival/ Dismissal Procedure

Morning Drop-off (All Pre-K students and their siblings)

1.  Turn into the first parking lot on the right.  (Small circle)

2.   Pull up as close to Stop Sign as possible.  

3. Faculty/ Staff members will assist your child(ren) out of the car and walk them safely to school door.

4. Safely pull away when traffic clears in front of you.

Afternoon Pick-Up (Pre-K students only)

1.  Turn into the first parking lot on the right. 

2. Pull up as close to Stop Sign as possible.

3. Faculty/ Staff members will bring your child to your car.  You will assist your child in securing them in their car seat.  

4. Safely pull away when traffic clears.

Afternoon Pick-Up (Pre-K Students with siblings in K-8th Grade)

1.  Drive to stop sign.  Turn left and drive around perimeter of main parking lot.  Faculty/ Staff members will direct you into lane near Gym.

2. Faculty/ Staff members will escort your child to your lane.

3. You will assist your child in securing them in their car seat.

4. Safely pull away per directions of Faculty/ Staff members.

Snacks/ Lunch

 Place snack in provided reusable snack bag.  Please keep it separate from your child's lunch.  Snack item may not be something which needs to be kept cold.
