Absences, Early Dismissal, Late Arrival
To report an absence, early dismissal, or late arrival:
Call St. Jude School and leave a message with the school administrator, Patti Macek.

Spring/ Early Fall
White Banded Polo Shirt with SJS Logo on it or SJS Gray Gym T-shirt
Navy shorts or Navy gym shorts with SJS logo on it
White socks
Sneakers (preferably velcro)
Late Fall/ Winter Uniform
White Banded Polo Shirt with SJS Logo on it or SJS Gray Gym T-shirt.
Navy crew neck sweatshirt with SJS logo on it or navy SJS gym hoodie sweatshirt.
Navy SJS gym sweatpants with school logo on it.
White socks.
Sneakers (preferably velcro)
Please no jewelry or nail polish
Uniform items may be ordered through Flynn & O'Hara. Gym shirts and sweatshirts may be ordered through SJS.
Arrival/ Dismissal Procedure
Morning Drop-off (All Pre-K students and their siblings)
Turn into the first parking lot on the right. (Small circle)
Pull up as close to Stop Sign as possible.
Faculty/ Staff members will assist your child(ren) out of the car and walk them safely to school door.
Safely pull away when traffic clears in front of you.
Afternoon Pick-Up (Pre-K students only)
Turn into the first parking lot on the right.
Pull up as close to Stop Sign as possible.
Faculty/ Staff members will bring your child to your car. You will assist your child in securing them in their car seat.
Safely pull away when traffic clears.
Afternoon Pick-Up (Pre-K Students with siblings in K-8th Grade)
Drive to stop sign. Turn left and drive around perimeter of main parking lot. Faculty/ Staff members will direct you into lane near Gym.
Faculty/ Staff members will escort your child to your lane.
You will assist your child in securing them in their car seat.
Safely pull away per directions of Faculty/ Staff members.
Show and Tell
Your child's Show and Tell is listed on the name label on their Take Home Folder.
Each week there will be a Show and Tell theme.
Assist your child in choosing an appropriate item. Discuss with them what they would like to tell about their item. Write down three talking points and send it into school along with the item on the assigned day in your child's backpack.
The Show and Tell item will come home in their backpack at the end of their Show and Tell Day.
Snacks/ Lunch
Place snack in provided reusable snack bag. Please keep it separate from your child's lunch. Snack item may not be something which needs to be kept cold.
